关于在校生开学返校工作安排的通知

一、返校报到时间及地点

报到日期：2024年8月30日

报到时间：上午8:30--11:00，下午14:30--17:00

报到地点：北京市海淀区学院南路校区中财大厦（学六楼）10层1015办公室（如有变化见具体通知）

二、返校报到所需材料

1.纸质版学生证(无纸质版证件可持学生一卡通卡片)。

2.保险凭证。

三、报到流程：

1.到校报到前一日需缴纳清学费、保险费。

2.校内住宿学生需在报到前完成宿舍续订和住宿费缴纳。

3.学生证注册盖章(需补办学生卡，请前往实验楼201；需补办本科学生证，请前往实验楼102)。

4.报到前学生需通过留学生管理系统更新个人手机号和email地址，如何更新将在群里发放通知，如未及时更新，错过重要通知后果自行承担。

四、报到要求：

本年度报到与往年不同，所有费用需8月30日前缴清，如未缴清费用不予注册报到。

所有学生必须按时到校报到，未按规定按时报到的学生，学校将按照相关规定严肃处理，未按时报到的奖学金生将暂缓发放当月生活费，情况严重者将取消学籍。

I.Returning to school registration time and location

Registration Date: August 30, 2024

Registration Time: 8:30-11:00AM, 14:30-17:00PM

Registration Location: Room 1015, 10^thFloor, Zhongcai Building 10^thFloor, Xueyuan South Road Campus, Haidian District, Beijing (if there are any changes, please refer to the specific notice).

II.Required materials for returning to school registration

1.Paper version of student ID card (if there is no paper version of the document, a student’s card can be held).

2.Insurance certificate.

III.Registration process:

1.The tuition and insurance fees must be paid in full on the day before arriving at the school.

2.On campus accommodation, the students need to complete dormitory renewal and pay accommodation fees before registration.

3.Student ID registration stamp (if you need to apply for a new student ID card, please go to Experiment Building 201;if you need to apply for a new undergraduate student ID card, please go to Experiment Building 102).

4.Before registration, students need to update their personal phone number and email address through the international student management system. How to update them will be notified in the group. If they fail to update in a timely manner, they will bear the consequences of missing important notifications.

IV.Registration requirements:

This year's registration is different from previous years. All fees must be paid in full before August 30th. If the fees are not paid in full, registration will not be accepted.

All studentsmust report to school on time. Students who fail to report on time as required will be dealt with severely by the school in accordance with relevant regulations. Scholarship students who fail to report on timewill have their monthly living expenses temporarily suspended, and those with serious circumstances will have their enrollment cancelled.
