绿树阴浓夏日长，又是一年暑期至。为确保同学们度过一个平安、健康、文明、愉快的假期，学校特别温馨提示以下注意事项：
一、放假时间
学生暑假放假时间为7月15日。在校生秋季学期报到时间为8月30日，正式上课时间为9月2日。
请同学们按照相关要求，提前做好离校和返校准备。确因特殊情况无法按时返校注册的，请及时向学院办理请假手续。
二、安全提示
平安过暑假，安全不“放假”。无论留校学习、实习实践，还是回国团聚、外出旅行，希望同学们牢固树立安全底线，绷紧安全之弦，切实将安全意识内化于心外化于行，做好自身安全的“第一责任人”。
（一）宿舍安全。离开宿舍时整理好宿舍内务，锁好门窗，妥善保管个人贵重物品；防患于未“燃”，检查电器、插座，关闭电源，不存放易燃易爆物品；不得在宿舍内吸烟、使用明火和焚烧物品，防止引发火灾。
（二）留校安全。遵守宿舍管理规定，不使用电热性或大功率电器以及酒精炉、液化气灶等器具，不私接乱拉电线，不留宿他人，保管好个人财物。如遇突发紧急状况，可与辅导员联系。保卫处值班室：学院南路校区位于南门东侧，电话为62289110；沙河校区位于东区南门东侧，电话为61776110。
（三）出行安全。回家、返校途中提高安全防范意识，保障人身财产安全；关注天气变化，雷雨天气尽量减少出行；遵守交通规则，切勿搭乘黑车；注意饮食安全，不买劣质食品；游玩结伴而行，做好自我防护。
（四）居家安全。实时关注天气变化和地质灾害预报，注意防暑降温、防洪避险、防雨防汛，学习掌握安全自救知识，远离危险区域，外出告知亲友，保证人身安全；牢记防溺知识和急救知识，游泳时要选择有安全保护措施、有救援人员的水域和场所，切不可到野外或陌生水域游泳，如遇危险切勿盲目自行施救。
（五）求职实习安全。严禁非法打工。
（六）电信网络安全。重视网络安全，谨防各类诈骗。不沉迷网络和电子游戏，上网理性表达观点，不造谣、不信谣、不传谣，对不熟悉的网络游戏、直播、QQ群、微信群、贴吧不接触不参与，不点击陌生链接。注意保护个人隐私，警惕刷单、冒充客服、冒充公检法、冒充银行工作人员等各类电信网络诈骗，增强金融风险防范意识，不参与网络不良借贷。发现问题及时报警或联系学校等相关部门求证。
三、假期规划
青春正好，奋斗正当时。暑假是同学们放松身心、自我提升的好时机。希望同学们珍惜假期时光，静下心来学习，潜下心来感悟，沉下心来思考，积蓄成长力量，为新学期充电续航。品读一本好书，让智慧之光照亮前行道路；参与一次社会实践，让服务奉献擦亮青春底色；坚持一项体育锻炼，让运动成为一种生活方式；掌握一种劳动技能，让青春在劳动中绽放光彩。

The green trees are lush and the days are long, it's another summer vacation season. To ensure that students have a safe, healthy, civilized, and enjoyable holiday, the school kindly reminds the following precautions:
I.Holiday time
The summer vacation for students is on July 15th. The registration time for students in the autumn semester is August 30th, and the official class time starts on September 2nd.
Please prepare for leaving and returning to school in advance according to relevant requirements. If you are unable to return to school and register on time due to special circumstances, please promptly apply for leaving procedures.
II.Safety tips
To have a safe summer vacation, the safety awareness cannot have a day off. Whether staying on campus, doing internship, going back home for family reunions, or traveling abroad, we hope that students can firmly establish a safety bottom line, tighten the safety string, internalize safety awareness in their hearts and deeds, and be the “first responsible person” for their own safety.
1.Dormitory safety
When leaving the dormitory, tidy up the internal affairs, lock doors and windows, and properly keep personal valuables; To prevent ignition, check electrical appliances and sockets, turn off power, and do not store flammable and explosive materials; Smoking, using open flames, and burning objects are not allowed in the dormitory to prevent fires.
2.Staying on campus safety
Comply with dormitory management regulations, do not use electric or high-power appliances, alcohol stoves, liquefied gas stoves and other appliances, do not connect or pull wires privately, do not stay overnight with others, and keep personal belongings safe. In case of sudden emergency, please contact the counselor. Security Office Duty Room: The campus of Xueyuan South Road is located on the east side of the south gate, with a telephone number of 62289110; The Shahe campus is located on the east side of the south gate of the East District, with a telephone number of 61776110.
3.Traveling safety
Raise awareness of safety precautions on the way home and back to school to ensure personal and property safety; Pay attention to weather changes and minimize travel during thunderstorms; Follow traffic rules and do not ride as a passenger in unlicensed vehicles; Pay attention to food safety and do not buy inferior food; Play together and take self-protection measures.
4.Home safety
Real time monitoring of weather changes and geological disaster forecasts, paying attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling, flood prevention and shelter, rain and flood prevention, learning and mastering safety self-rescue knowledge, staying away from dangerous areas, informing friends and family when going out, and ensuring personal safety; Remember drowning prevention and first aid knowledge. When swimming, choose water areas and places with safety protection measures and rescue personnel. Do not swim in the wild or unfamiliar water areas, and in case of danger, do not blindly rescue oneself.
5.Job search and internship safety
Illegal work is strictly prohibited.
6.Telecommunications network security
Telecommunications network security. Pay attention to network security and guard against various types of fraud. Not addicted to the internet and electronic games, expressing opinions rationally online, not spreading rumors, not believing rumors, not spreading rumors, not contacting or participating in unfamiliar online games, live broadcasts, QQ groups, WeChat groups, Tieba, and not clicking on unfamiliar links. Pay attention to protecting personal privacy, be alert to various types of telecommunications and network fraud such as brushing orders, impersonating customer service, impersonating public security, judicial personnel, impersonating bank staff, etc., enhance awareness of financial risk prevention, and do not participate in online non-performing loans. Promptly report any issues to the police or contact relevant departments such as the school for verification.
III.Holiday planning
