各位申请延长奖学金资助期限的CSC博士生：

根据《关于2026年博士生申请延长奖学金资助期限有关工作的通知》（留金来管〔2026〕3号），我校现开展2026年博士生申请延长奖学金资助期限的工作，现将相关内容说明如下：

一、申请条件

1.申请人须首先办理中央财经大学延期毕业手续；

2.申请人学习态度认真、表现良好；

3.申请人未被派遣国列入2026/2027年度奖学金计划；

4.申请人已通过奖学金年度评审；

5.申请人须通过中央财经大学学科综合考试、开题答辩和每一次学年论文答辩等学校规定的培养要求；

6.博士研究生在读期间仅可申请延期奖学金一次，奖学金期限可延长半年或一年，对已办理过延期的，不再受理。

二、评审步骤

登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login），于2026年4月24日下午17:00前填写并提交博士生延期申请。具体操作指南参考《博士生延期申请指南》（见附件）。CSC编号可通过以下网址输入学号后查询（https://jsj.top/f/BqKovN/s/GNbXPI）。

To CSC doctoral students applying for scholarship extension,

In accordance with the Notice on the 2026 Doctoral Students’ Application for Scholarship Extension (Document No. [2026] 3 of the China Scholarship Council), our university is now conducting the 2026 application work for doctoral students to extend their scholarship duration. The relevant details are as follows:

1. Eligibility Requirements

(1) Applicants must first complete the extension of graduation procedures at Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE).

(2) Applicants must have a serious learning attitude and good performance.

(3) Applicants must not be nominated by their home country for the 2026/2027 scholarship program.

(4) Applicants must have passed the annual scholarship review.

(5) Applicants must have met CUFE’s academic requirements, including the comprehensive subject examination, thesis proposal defense, and each annual thesis defense.

(6) Doctoral students may apply for scholarship extension only once during their entire doctoral study. The scholarship may be extended for either half a year or one year. Applications from students who have already received an extension will not be accepted.

2. Application Procedure

Log in to the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System for International Students (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) and complete and submit the doctoral extension application before 17:00, April 24, 2026.
