各位中国政府奖学金生：
根据《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》（以下简称“《办法》”）《关于做好2026年中国政府奖学金年度评审工作的通知》（留金来管〔2026〕4号）《中央财经大学中国政府奖学金年度评审实施办法》（校发〔2020〕250号）（以下简称“《实施办法》”）有关要求，我校现开展2026年国际学生中国政府奖学金年度评审。无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。现将年度评审有关事宜通知如下：
一、需要参加年度评审的对象：
1.2026年9月之后将继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生。
2.无法按原计划于2026年7月毕业拟申请延期的学生。具体要求将另行通知。
3.2025年奖学金评审不合格被中止奖学金资格拟申请恢复奖学金的学生。
二、评审步骤：
1.自评表填写
登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login），于2026年4月24日下午17:00前填写并提交奖学金年度自评。具体操作指南参考《中国政府奖学金年度评审指南-学生版》（见附件1）。CSC编号可通过以下网址输入学号后查询（https://jsj.top/f/BqKovN/s/GNbXPI）。请注意：
（1）中文授课学生（含预科生）必须用中文填写，英文授课学生可用英文填写。
（2）请认真对个人的遵规守纪、学习和参加活动情况各项进行总结，每项内容不少于50字，共计150字。字数不足的，将无法进入下一环节。
（3）如有获奖证书可通过添加附件方式进行上传。
2.成绩单提交
请本科生从自助机打印成绩单，于2026年4月24日下午17：00前交至中财大厦1015办公室周老师处。
请中文授课的硕士、博士研究生从自助机打印成绩单，于2026年4月24日下午17：00前交至中财大厦1015办公室王老师处。
请英文授课的硕士、博士研究生从自助机打印成绩单，于2026年4月24日下午17：00前交至中财大厦1011办公室朱老师处。
预科生成绩单由学校统一打印，学生无需提交。
中国政府奖学金年度评审关系到每位同学下一学年度奖学金的发放，请各位同学认真总结并相互转告。

Dear CSC Scholarship Students,
According to the Measures for the Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), the Notice on the 2026 Chinese Government Scholarship Annual Review (Document No. [2026] 4 of the China Scholarship Council), and the Implementation Measures for the Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status of Central University of Finance and Economics (University Document No. [2020] 250) (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Measures"), our university is now conducting the 2026 annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) for international students.
Failure to participate in the annual review without valid reason will result in the cancellation of the scholarship. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. Students Required to Participate in the Annual Review
1. Students who will continue to enjoy the Chinese Government Scholarship after September 2026.
2. Students who cannot graduate as originally planned in July 2026 and wish to apply for an extension. Specific requirements will be notified separately.
3. Students whose scholarship was suspended due to failing the 2025 annual review and who wish to apply for reinstatement.
II. Review Procedures
1. Self-Assessment Form Submission
Log in to the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System for International Students (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) and complete and submit the annual self-assessment before 17:00, April 24, 2026. For detailed instructions, please refer to the CSC Annual Review Guide – Student Version (see Attachment 1).

Please note:
(1) Students in Chinese-taught programs (including preparatory students) must complete the form in Chinese; students in English-taught programs may complete it in English.
(2) Please provide a careful self-assessment in the following three areas: compliance with rules and regulations, academic performance, and participation in activities. Each section must contain at least 50 characters (Chinese) or words (English), totaling no less than 150. Insufficient length will prevent submission.
(3) If you have any award certificates, you may upload them as attachments.
2. Submission of Academic Transcripts
- Undergraduate students: Print your transcript from the self-service machine and submit it to Mr. Zhou, Office 1015,CUFE Tower, before 17:00, April 24, 2026.
- Master's and PhD students in Chinese-taught programs: Print your transcript from the self-service machine and submit it to Ms. Wang, Office 1015,CUFE Tower, before 17:00, April 24, 2026.
- Master's and PhD students in English-taught programs: Print your transcript from the self-service machine and submit it to Mr. Zhu, Office 1011,CUFE Tower, before 17:00, April 24, 2026.
- Preparatory students' transcripts will be printed by the university; no submission is required.
The Chinese Government Scholarship annual review directly affects the disbursement of scholarships for the next academic year. All students are requested to take this seriously and inform each other.
