住宿警示通知

各位同学：

为了维护宿舍的安全、秩序和良好的生活环境，根据学校住宿管理规定，特此发布以下重要警示通知：

一、严禁在宿舍留宿他人

近期，我们发现有个别学生在宿舍内擅自留宿非本宿舍成员，这种行为不仅违反了学校住宿管理规定，还可能导致安全隐患和生活秩序的混乱。为确保每位学生的安全和隐私，学校明令禁止在宿舍内留宿他人。

二、违规处理措施

对于违反规定在宿舍留宿他人的学生，视情节轻重，学校将依据《中央财经大学学生违纪处分管理规定》校发〔2021〕124号，第二十二条给予严重警告或记过处分；并根据《中央财经大学留学生公寓住宿管理规定（修订）》留办字〔2023〕1号，第三条、第四条，取消违规学生校内住宿资格。

三、处分对奖学金评审的影响

学生受到的任何处分（包括严重警告和记过）都将直接影响其奖学金的评审，甚至可能被取消奖学金资格。

四、加强管理和监督

学校将进一步加强宿舍管理和监督工作，定期开展宿舍安全检查，并鼓励学生之间相互监督，共同维护良好的宿舍环境。如发现违规行为，请及时向宿舍管理员或辅导员报告。

五、温馨提醒

宿舍是大家共同生活的空间，每位学生都应自觉遵守住宿管理规定，尊重他人的隐私和权益。希望大家能够相互理解、相互支持，共同营造一个安全、和谐、文明的宿舍环境。

Accommodation warning notice

Dear students

In order to maintain the safety, order and good living environment of the dormitory, according to theuniversity's accommodation management regulations, the following important warning notice is hereby issued:

I.It is strictly prohibited to stay overnight in the dormitory with others.

Recently, we found that some students have stayed overnight in the dormitory without permission, which not only violates the university's accommodation management regulations, but also may lead to safety hazards and disruptions in the living order. To ensure the safety and privacy of each student, the university strictly forbids staying with others in the dormitory.

II. Measures for handling violations

For students who violate the regulations by staying overnight in the dormitory, depending on the severity of the situation, the university will give a serious warning or demerit according to Article 22 of the "Regulations on the Management of Student Disciplinary Actions of Central University of Finance and Economics" (Xiao Fa [2021] No. 124); According to the "Amendment to the Regulations on the Management of Accommodation for International Students in the Central University of Finance and Economics" (Liu Ban Zi [2023] No. 1), Articles 3 and 4, the students who violate the regulations will be disqualified from on-campus accommodation.

III. The impact of punishment on scholarship evaluation

Any punishment imposed on students, including serious warnings and demerits, will directly affect their scholarship evaluation and may even result in the cancellation of their scholarship eligibility.

IV. Strengthening management and supervision

The university will further strengthen dormitory management and supervision, carry out regular dormitory safety inspections, and encourage students to supervise each other and jointly maintain a good dormitory environment. If any violations are found, please report to the dormitory administrator or counselor in a timely manner.

V. Warm Reminder

Dormitory is a space for everyone to live together, and every student should consciously abide by the accommodation management regulations and respect the privacy and rights of others. I hope that everyone can understand and support each other, and work together to create a safe, harmonious, and civilized dormitory environment.

All students are required to take this notice seriously, strictly abide by the university's accommodation management regulations, and not take any chances. Let us work together to create a beautiful learning and living environment!
