清明节、“五一”劳动节与端午节假期临近，请同学们关注以下放假安全与安全提示，加强防范，确保人身和财产安全。
As the Qingming Festival, Labor Day and Dragon Boat Festival holidays are approaching, please pay attention to the following holiday arrangements and safety tips, strengthen prevention, and ensure your personal and property safety.
放假安排：
Holiday Arrangements
1.清明节：4月4日（星期六）至6日（星期一）放假3天，不调休。
Qingming Festival: 3-day holiday from Saturday, April 4 to Monday, April 6, no shift work.
2.劳动节：5月1日（星期五）至5日（星期二）放假5天，不调休。
Labor Day: 5-day holiday from Friday, May 1 to Tuesday, May 5, no shift work.
3.端午节：6月19日（星期五）至21日（星期日）放假3天，不调休。
Dragon Boat Festival: 3-day holiday from Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 21, no shift work.

一、强化出行安全，防范各类意外
1. Strengthen Travel Safety and Guard Against All Kinds of Accidents
外出同学请提高安全防范意识：
Students going out should enhance safety awareness:
优先选择结伴而行，避免前往偏僻路段、无人区域，不夜间独自外出，确需外出时，告知亲友出行路线、目的地及返程时间。
Prioritize traveling with companions, avoid remote areas and unpopulated regions, and do not go out alone at night. If it is necessary to go out, inform relatives and friends of your travel route, destination and return time.
严禁前往未开发的野山、野外水域、废弃工地等危险区域，避免因地形复杂、防护不足引发坠落、溺水等安全事故。
It is strictly forbidden to go to dangerous areas such as undeveloped wild mountains, wild waters and abandoned construction sites to avoid safety accidents such as falls and drowning caused by complex terrain and insufficient protection.
严格遵守中国交通规则，出行时乘坐公交、地铁、正规出租车等合法交通工具，不搭乘无资质黑车，乘车时保管好个人随身物品，全程注意自身安全。
Strictly abide by Chinese traffic rules. Take legal means of transportation such as buses, subways and regular taxis when traveling. Do not take unlicensed illegal vehicles. Keep your personal belongings safe during the ride and pay attention to your own safety throughout the journey.
二、关注宿舍安全，严格防火防电
2. Pay Attention to Dormitory Safety and Strictly Prevent Fire and Electricity Hazards
宿舍是同学们在华生活的重要场所，日常做好防火防电工作至关重要。
Dormitories are important places for international students to live in China. It is crucial to do a good job in fire and electricity prevention daily.
请各位同学坚决不使用大功率违规电器、不私拉乱接电线、不超负荷用电，杜绝违规用电行为。
Please resolutely refrain from using high-power illegal electrical appliances, do not privately connect wires, do not overload electricity, and put an end to illegal electricity use.
离开宿舍（无论是短暂外出还是假期离校），务必做到人走断电，仔细检查并关闭所有电器电源、开关，妥善处理火种，从源头杜绝火灾、触电等安全隐患，共同维护宿舍安全环境。
When leaving the dormitory (whether going out briefly or leaving school during holidays), be sure to cut off the power when leaving, carefully check and turn off all electrical power supplies and switches, and properly handle fire sources to eliminate potential fire and electric shock hazards from the source and jointly maintain a safe dormitory environment.
三、警惕电信诈骗，守护个人财产
3. Guard Against Telecom Fraud and Protect Personal Property
当前电信网络诈骗手段不断翻新，各位同学需提高防范意识，时刻保持警惕。
At present, the methods of telecom and network fraud are constantly evolving. All students need to enhance their awareness of prevention and remain vigilant at all times.
不轻易相信陌生来电、短信、微信及邮件信息，不随意点击陌生链接，不向陌生人透露个人身份信息、银行卡号、密码、验证码等信息。
Do not easily believe unfamiliar calls, text messages, WeChat and email information, do not click on unfamiliar links at will, and do not disclose personal identity information, bank card numbers, passwords, verification codes and other information to strangers.
坚决拒绝陌生人员的转账要求，遇到可疑情况、疑似诈骗信息时，及时向学校老师、宿舍管理员求助，或拨打110报警电话核实处理，切实守护好个人财产安全。
Firmly refuse transfer requests from strangers. In case of suspicious situations or suspected fraud information, timely seek help from school teachers and dormitory administrators, or call the 110 police number for verification and handling to effectively protect personal property safety.
安全无小事。请各位留学生同学切实提高安全防范意识。
