Notice of the 2019 Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship

Dear CSC students,    

 

According to the China Scholarship Council, CSC students continue to study in our university for the next term must apply for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship. Otherwise, you will fail the annual review and the scholarship will be cancelled.    

 

1. Who need to apply for the annual review?    

 

(1) CSC students continue to study at our university next term (September 2019).    

 

(2) CSC students who cannot graduate in July 2019 as scheduled and qualified to apply for scholarship extension. For more details, please find the attached <Chinese Government Scholarship Extension Instruction for Phd Student> and <Chinese Government Scholarship Extension Instruction for Master Student>.      

 

(3) CSC students whose scholarship was stopped or deducted due to the failure in the 2018 annual review.    

 

2. Annual review procedure:    

 

(1) Download and print the <Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status> (click the link below). Please note that the form must be double-side printed and hand written only on the first page.    

 

(2) All the postgraduate students, the undergraduate students enrolled in 2017 and 2018, and the undergraduate students enrolled in 2016 who study with Chinese students must fill in the <Form of School Review> (click the link below). All the postgraduate students must finish the ‘Review of supervisor’ part and the ‘Review of school’ part; All the undergraduate students enrolled in 2017 and 2018, and the undergraduate students enrolled in 2016 who study with Chinese students must finish the ‘Review of school’ part.    

 

(3) All the postgraduate students, and all the undergraduate students enrolled in 2017 and 2018 must submit a copy of your transcript. For postgraduate students, there are 5 transcript self-printing machines. 2 on the ground floor of the laboratory building (City Campus), 1 on the ground floor of the student centre (Shahe Campus), 2 in the service centre for teachers and students (Shahe Campus). There are 3 ways to login: campus card, student ID, and passport (The password for campus card login and student ID login is the last 6 digits of your passport number. There is no password for passport login). For undergraduate students, there are 4 transcript self-printing machines. 2 on the ground floor of the laboratory building (City Campus), 2 in the service centre for teachers and students (Shahe Campus). There are 2 ways to login: campus card, and student ID (The password for student ID login is the last 6 digits of your passport number. There is no password for campus card login). Undergraduate students enrolled in 2016 do not have to submit transcript.    

 

(4) Please submit your documents to room 1015 CUFE Tower before 5:30PM, 30 April, 2019.
