International student Li Minyu from South Korea Win A Price in The "17th South Korea Youth Forum"
On March 31, Li Min Yu, one of our international students from South Korea, had an outstanding performance, and his team "Future Forest" was granted the best team’s award at the "17th China-South Korea Youth Forum" event co-sponsored and organized by the Youth Committee, the Beijing Youth Federation and The South Korean Youth Culture Association (Future Forest).
During the forum, the representatives of the volunteers from China and South Korea have had in-depth exchanges and discussions on themes such as, "The Youth and the Government by law", "The youth and the urban environment governance" and "Fashion youth and traditional culture". The young people from those different countries expressed their points of views from different perspectives with careful logic and rigorous demonstration strategies. Li Minyu with his team named "Future Forest" chose the theme "The Youth and the Government by law", and discussed on the Garbage classification’s regulations. At the end, they were granted the best team award by the organizers.
The 17th South Korea Youth Forum is part of the "14th Korean University Students Volunteer Camp (spring)" campaign, which was held this year in Beijing and Inner Mongolia. More than 160 students from China and South Korea, as well as South Korean news media, research institutes, government departments and non-governmental organizations took part in the exchange activities.
