 (Chinese Language Programs)

 

中央财经大学汉语进修项目面向全球国际学生开放。项目旨在全面提高汉语水平，提升商务汉语交际能力。

该项目是根据各国汉语学习者需求，融汉语学习、中国传统文化体验、文化考察和与中国经济相关的社会实践为一体的综合性项目，内容丰富，特色鲜明。长期项目以一个学期及以上为单位，短期定制项目时间一般为两周至四周。汉语学习主要根据学习者的汉语水平分为初、中、高三个等级。

Central University of Finance and Economics offers Chinese language programs to International students around the world. The programs aim to improve the student’s Chinese proficiency and communication skills, especially in a business setting.

The programs incorporate language courses, Chinese culture workshops, culture visits, and activities centered on China’s economy. Long-term programs last one semester or above while short-term customized programs usually last two to four weeks.

Students will be placed in elementary, intermediate, or advanced class according to their placement test results.

申请资格

Eligibility

1. 身心健康，具有高中或以上学历，持有外国有效护照的非中国籍公民, 年龄在18-45岁之间。

Non-Chinese citizens with a senior high school diploma or above in good physical and mental health, generally between 18-45 years old.

2. 申请人父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在国外，本人出生即具有外国国籍，或申请人原为祖国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾居民，后移民国外获得外国国籍；我校参照中国教育部教外函〔2020〕12号文件，要求其提供相关证明材料。

The requirements set by the Document No. 12 (2020) of Ministry of Education of the PRC should be met for CUFE applicants as well.

 

申请流程

Application Procedure

1. 提交中央财经大学在线申请。

登录中央财经大学国际学生在线服务系统（https://cufe.17gz.org/）。

Submit CUFE online application.

Sign in to CUFE International Student Service System (https://cufe.17gz.org/).

2. 缴纳报名费600人民币。

         请注意：仅支持通过申请系统内缴费平台在线支付（支持微信、支付宝、外币信用卡等），不接收银行转账汇款。请参考在线交费指南（http://sice.cufe.edu.cn/info/1038/5373.htm）。

Pay 600 RMB application fee.

Please note that payments are accepted only via the online payment system in the online application system, on which WeChat, AliPay, and foreign credit cards can be used, while wire transfers are NOT accepted. Payment guide (http://sice.cufe.edu.cn/info/1038/5373.htm).

3. 录取结果发放。

Admission results released.

4. 确认录取2周内缴纳学费预付金3000元，开学后计入总学费。

Pay a 3000 RMB deposit fee within two weeks of confirming the admission notice. The deposit fee will be deducted from the student’s total tuition.

5.提供就读期间所需费用的经济担保。

Provide Affidavit of Financial Support.

1. 《中央财经大学国际学生入学申请表》。申请表电子版签名扫描件须上传至附件栏。

CUFE Application form. Please note a scanned signature needs to be uploaded.

2. 护照照片页。

Ordinary passport page with personal information.

3. 最后学历证明,。

The highest degree diploma or certificate.

4. 完整成绩单。

The academic transcripts.

5. 《外国人体格检查表》。

The Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

6. 无犯罪记录证明（当地公安机关开具）。

The Non-Criminal Record (issued by the local police office).

7.经济担保书扫描件（录取后提交）。

A scanned copy of the Affidavit of Financial Support (to be submitted after confirming the admission notice).

 

申请材料注意事项

Important Reminders on Application Documents

1.申请材料限中文或英文；非中文/英文的申请材料，须提交经公证的中文或英文翻译件。无论申请人是否被录取，所有申请材料、报名费恕不退还。

All application documents must be in Chinese or English; documents not in Chinese or English must be notarized and translated into Chinese or English. Application documents and application fee will NOT be returned regardless of admission results.

2.申请人对个人填报信息、提交材料的真实性负责。如与事实不符，中央财经大学有权取消其录取资格，已入学者取消学籍。

All documents submitted must be true, accurate, and complete. CUFE reserves the right to withdraw the admission notice or expel enrolled students otherwise.

3. 录取结果将以邮件和站内信形式通知。因此，申请时所留邮箱务必是申请人本人邮箱，真实且长期有效。

The admission notice will be sent by e-mail. Therefore, the email address left in the application system must be the applicant’s personal email, authentic and permanently valid.

Admission

学校将通过邮件告知申请人录取结果。确定就读的国际学生须在收到录取结果2周内缴纳学费预付金3000元和经济担保证明。收到学费预付金及经济担保证明后，我校将开始处理录取材料。

Applicants will be informed of the admission results by email. Admitted students must pay a 3000 RMB deposit fee and submit an Affidavit of Financial Support within two weeks of confirming the admission notice. CUFE will start processing admission materials after receiving the deposit fee and Affidavit of Financial Support.

 

材料复核

Review of Documents

录取后，学校将对申请人的申请材料再次复核，如发现违规行为，学校有权收回录取决定，取消申请人入学资格。

After the admission results are released, CUFE will conduct another round of document review. If violations are found, the university reserves the right to withdraw the admission decision and cancel the applicant's admission.

 

报到

Registration

新生按照录取通知书上规定时间按时报到注册，逾期未报到注册且未以书面形式说明正当理由者，按弃权处理。开学时间以《录取通知书》为准。

Admitted students must register during the time specified in the admission notice. Students who fail to register by the deadline without writing justifiable reasons will be regarded as giving up the admission. Please refer to the admission notice for the registration date.

 

入学资格再审与复查

Evaluation and Re-evaluation of Admission Qualifications

学校将于学生报到时和入学后分别进行入学资格再审和复查。审查中如发现学生所持录取通知书、考生信息等证明材料与本人实际情况不符或存在弄虚作假、徇私舞弊等情形的，确定为不合格，将取消新生入学资格或已获学籍。

CUFE will evaluate and re-evaluate student admission qualifications upon and after registration. If the admission notice, personal information, or other documents are found to be inaccurate during the evaluations or if fraud, malpractice, and other similar circumstances exist, the student will be disqualified, and the admission will be canceled.

 

 

医疗保险

Insurance

根据中国教育部规定，我校要求所有国际学生（含奖学金生）在中国大陆购买团体综合保险。学生须在报到注册前购买医疗保险。

According to the rules and regulations of China’s Ministry of Education, CUFE requires that all international students (including scholarship students) purchase comprehensive group insurance in mainland China. Students should pay for their health insurance fees before the registration date.
