South African delegation visited our school

On the morning of December 11, 2007 , South Africa's Western Cape University and the University Leijineisi delegation on an official visit to our school

 

The Dean of School of Government Management of CUFE, Professor Zhao Jinghua, the Dean of the School of Business, Professor Sun Guohui, and the deputy Dean of the SICE, Zhang Qi Kun, have met a delegation of South Africa at the international conference room of the SICE. deputy Dean Zhang Qi Kun, as the host, first has thanked the visiting delegation of South Africa, the University of the Western Cape in South Africa for care and attention given to the CSC in South Africa during their Education exhibition on October. M. Zhang, in his welcome speech, has briefly introduced the School of International Cultural Exchange of Central University of Finance and Economics. SICE was established not very long ago, but our university has been recruiting international students since the 1950s. SICE is a specialized school responsible for the management of the international students’ education system and all related affairs such as teaching methods and daily life, consulting and recruitment, admissions and enrollment. Soon after, Professor Zhao Jinghua and Professor Sun Guohui have briefly talked about the history, the characteristics of the School of Government Management and the School of Business, and also the future of those schools.  

 

The Dean of the School of Government of South Africa's Western Cape University, ProfessorChristorin, in his speech has thanked Mr. Zhang for inviting him. He then said that there is also a School of Government in South Africa's Western Cape University, there has been a lot of graduates whom got embark on politics. The Western Cape University and the South African government maintained close contact. Their School of Government and the CUFE’s School of Government Management have a lot in common; they are willing to continue the discussions and hope to establish cooperative relations.

 

Mark Saravan, CEO of Leijineisi University, in his speech has once again thanked the CUFE for the kind invitation, and the three Deans for the great welcome ceremony. He said that Leijineisi University is a private university, founded only 10 years ago, but they are growing rapidly. They are very a well-known business school in South Africa, and are willing to maintain close contact with the School of Business of CUFE in order to carry out extensive cooperation in the field of education. The two countries universities can exchange students for academic research or short-term training.

 

The two sides have reached good cooperation’s intentions in a friendly atmosphere.
