The Deputy Director of the International Division of the Ministry of Education Liu Baoli visiting our school for inspection and guidance in foreign students’ education
On the morning of December 20, Liu Baoli ，the Deputy Director of the International Division of the Ministry of Education, Zhao Lingshan, section chief of Study in China bureau, and his Deputy chief Zhang Xiaodong came to my school to inspect and give guidance concerning the foreign students education.

The Party Secretary Qiu Dong, the president of the university Wang Guangqian and the vice president Li Junsheng Liu, standing in front of the administrative building, have welcomed the Deputy Director Liu Baoli. At the third floor VIP room of the ZhongCai Hotel, the school leaders and M. Liu had a cordial conversation. They have talked about the prospect of our school disciplines, international education goals and student education.

Subsequently, in the simulation lab, the Vice President Li Junsheng hosted briefing on the Students Education. Zhang Qikun, vice president of the School of International Cultural Exchange, has given the complete report to the Ministry of Education on school student educational development, evolution management system, various rules and regulations disciplines and teaching characteristics, the present situation, the management and future work goals in the CUFE. The persons in charge of relevant departments of our university have participated in the briefing.
Deputy Director Liu and his assistants, after listening attentively to the report, gave their approval. They said that the report was clear and gives a deeply understanding of the requirements and instructions of the Ministry of Education on the development of student education. M. Liu Deputy Director has also given special attention to my school teaching characteristics in business Chinese and courses taught in English, and hope that we continue to maintain and develop these characteristics in order to attract more outstanding international students.
M. Liu has analyzed with all the participants all the situations encountered in the educational development process of our students. China is increasing efforts to develop foreign students education, the number of students is expected in 2020 to reach 50 million; wherein, the proportion of undergraduate international students will reach 10% of the total undergraduate students. He has also pointed out, that the target of our international strategy is very accurate, discipline advantage is obvious, and courses taught in English would certainly be welcome.
M. Liu, using on his own working experiences, has provided very valuable and constructive guidance in how to deal with education problems and the future direction of development.
After the briefing, Deputy Director Liu and his assistants, accompanied by Vice President Li Junsheng, have visited the classrooms, student apartments, offices and the School of International Cultural Exchange School, and specifically reading room and reference room set for the international students.
