Visit of the CUFE Chinese Government Scholarship students to the Mount Taishan    

On May 30 and 31, SICE took Chinese Government Scholarship Students to visit Tai'an City and climb famous Mount Taishan in Shandong Province, and also went to the hometown of Confucius in Qufu, to feel and experience Confucian culture.        

The majesty of the Mount Taishan and difficulties encountered during the climbing have given a deep impression on the international students. After reaching Nantianmen and Yuhuangding, the students were lost in the wonderful scenery of the small hills. During the climbing, many students again experienced what is called "Persevering."        

In Qufu, the students visited the Confucius Temple, Confucius family mansion and Cemetery. They have experienced the profound Confucian culture. It was agreed that this was a "tired but happy" cultural tour, very productive.
